The Trustees of 5 Dimensions Trust are consulting on the admission arrangements for the following schools:
Shenley Brook End School
The main proposed changes to Year 7 Entry 2027, Sixth Form entry and mid-year applications are:
- Rewording the oversubscription criteria to change from children of school staff to children of Trust staff
- restructuring the oversubscription criteria to raise the category of children of staff who are employed at the school to priority 4
The main proposed changes to Sixth Form Entry are :
- Rewording the oversubscription criteria to change from children of school staff to children of Trust staff
The Hazeley Academy
The main proposed changes to Year 7 Entry 2027 and mid-year are :
- Rewording the oversubscription criteria to change from children of school staff to children of Trust staff
- restructuring the oversubscription criteria to raise the category of children of staff who are employed at the school to priority 4
- Removal of partner primary schools
The main proposed changes to Sixth Form Entry are :
- Rewording the oversubscription criteria to change from children of school staff to children of Trust staff
Emerson Valley School
The main proposed changes are to Year 3 Entry 2027 and mid-year entry are:
- Rewording the oversubscription criteria to change from children of school staff to children of Trust staff
- restructuring the oversubscription criteria to raise the category of children of staff who are employed at the school to priority 4
- Addition of children who attend Merebrook Infant School and Howe Park School at priority 5
- Removal of 'Children eligible for the service premium'
Merebrook Infant School
The main proposed changes are to Year R Entry 2027 and mid-year entry are:
- Rewording the oversubscription criteria to change from children of school staff to children of Trust staff
- restructuring the oversubscription criteria to raise the category of children of staff who are employed at the school to priority 4
- Removal of 'Children eligible for the service premium'
Priory Rise School
The main proposed changes are to Year 3 Entry 2027 and mid-year entry are:
- Rewording the oversubscription criteria to change from children of school staff to children of Trust staff
- Restructuring the oversubscription criteria to raise the category of children of staff who are employed at the school to priority 4
The consultation closes on Friday, 30th January 2026 and written comments must be received by this time.
